I build AI agent teams that do design work, and the orchestration, tooling and memory that make them reliable enough to trust with it. Then I put that capability into a design org's hands: workflows and reusable skills the team keeps, coaching for designers and non-designers alike, and the judgment to know when an agent's output is actually good - judgment built over a decade of leading product design across enterprise software, insurance, healthcare, B2B, B2C and gaming. I'm a connector of designers, teams, and stakeholders, making complex ideas accessible to everyone and turning diverse inputs into coherent, impactful experiences that solve real human problems.
I build agent teams that carry real design work - right now one of them is migrating an entire design system I rebuilt from the ground up. That capability rides on top of enterprise design leadership - setting design strategy, architecting design systems, and growing the designers who own them. Bridging business goals and user needs is still the job. The agents change how much of it gets done, and how fast.
AI Agent & Product Design Work
At Bungie, I led UX efforts on many different aspects of Destiny 2, most of these changes can be found in the Final Shape DLC released on June 4th, 2024. These include researching and redesigning the HUD buff/debuff modifier system, leading UX for the new No Hesitation Auto Rifle, designing UX to communicate Power Enabled and Disabled activities, as well as communicating Fireteam Power to our players.
Gaming UXI'm an AI Agent Architect specializing in UX and Product Design. I build agent teams, the orchestration that runs them, and the knowledge vaults, memory logic and reusable skills that turn them into capability a design team actually uses rather than a demo it admires. What makes them worth trusting is the decade of product design leadership underneath: I know what good design work looks like, so I know what to hold the agents to.
I drive discussion and learning, connecting people and ideas. Technical skills are easy. The real magic is in making connections that nobody else can, helping others to grok those connections so they can do a better job at what they’re working on. I have lots of great ideas, but so does everyone else I work with. I help draw those ideas out so that we can all benefit and grow in our own unique spaces.
I believe great products emerge from deep user understanding, cross-functional collaboration, and thoughtful iteration. As a design leader, I focus on mentoring teams while establishing processes that enable both creativity and consistency.
